Infanta foods is a family business whose founder comes from an agricultural family who owned old style water mills going back to the 17th Century.
The traditional way of milling and baking starts in the country fields and ends at your table. We are passionate with all that we do. Products of excellence close to the natural way of baking are the philosophy that is maintained in the choice of ingredients utilised in the various formulations. We pride ourselves to be associated with other family businesses of global standing such as Schapfen Muhle that goes back to the 15th Century.
